Refund policy
Returns
I accept "finished item" (wearables and holiday items excluded) returns up to 3 days after delivery, IF the "finished item" is unused and in its original condition. I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs (to and from seller) and a 15% restocking fee for the return, unless the error was mine and the wrong item was received. Items sent back or "refused upon delivery" without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted the item MUST be back in the mail within 3 days. Non-Returns
I do not accept returns on custom or personalized order requests. You have 24 hours to make changes or cancel your order upon purchase. After 24 hours, no change can be made and the sale is final. There will be no substitutions, exchanges or refunds. And unfortunately, there will be no return or refunds for wearables and holiday items. They are all final sales.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded back to your original payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process funds.
Damages/ Wrong Item Received
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or wrong item received, please email me as soon as possible at thethreelittlehooks@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

The Three Little Hooks is not responsible for packages shipping to incorrect addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify correct address before submitting the order. If there is an address error, the buyer is responsible for shipping cost (back to The Three Little Hooks as well as to the customer's correct address)!
